  • All Tariffs are on per night basis and are in Indian Rupees.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • To & Fro transporation can be arranged at an extra cost.
  • Group rates will be given on request.
Payment Terms
 
Mode of payment : Cheque/Cash
An advance of 100% is required. All payments to be made in favour of  Feel Factor payable at New Delhi.
 
Price includes
 
Accommodation at Camp Feel Factor on twin sharing basis.
All meals as mentioned in the plan, lunch is veg and dinner and evening snacks include one chicken dish.

Escorted hikes and walks
AM / PM Tea / Coffee supplements with cookies
 
Price does not include
 
Transportation costs.
Any personal expenses like soft drinks, sodas, mineral water.
Any insurance or medical costs.
 
Cancellation for all Tariffs & Packages
 
  • Less than 15 days before the arrival date - no refund.
  • Less than 20 days before the arrival date - 60% refund.
  • Less than 25 days before the arrival date - 75% refund.
  • No refund in case of road block, accident, no show etc.
  • 50% of the total refundable amount (as per the above policy) will be released after cancellation and balance 50% will be adjusted in to the future bookings only.
